To strengthen our expertise, we are currently looking for a Responsible Business Services (CPR Agency) Product Manager. The Responsible Business Services (CPR Agency) Product Manager works closely with local sales teams, front office and audit teams to ensure operational and technical excellence in the areas of social responsibility and ethical trade audits (e.g. SMETA, amfori BSCI, ICS, etc.). He is also an experienced audit team leader with a deep understanding of the issues in his markets and is generally well versed in various systems in the areas of social responsibility and ethical trading. He serves as the (technical) liaison between CPR Agency global and local teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical input to Sales, Front Office and Audit staff as needed.
• Act as a technical leader between the Global CPR Agency team and the Local Knowledge Solutions team, coordinating with the Global CPR Agency Project Manager to ensure the effective implementation of the project in the Benelux.
• Act as sole auditor or audit team leader on selected CPR Agency projects.
• Ensure social responsibility and ethical trading audits are effectively carried out in accordance with CPR Agency global procedures and any system requirements or client SOPs.
• Promote GRDN Staffing methods and CPR Agency services through seminars, presentations and articles.
• Conduct technical review of other social compliance auditors' reports.
• Build positive relationships through existing networks and contacts.
• Lead and organize the audit team to do relevant work before, during and after the audit.
• Mentor auditors and provide on-the-job training.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone...

Essential:

• Minimum four years of experience in responsible business solutions, social responsibility (audits) of relevant supply chain activities.
• Successful completion of training as a recognized auditor (e.g. SA⚠, APSCA, RA, CSCA, etc.)
• Become accredited as a Social Responsibility Certified Auditor (e.g. APSCA Registered Auditor) for various programs in the field of ethical trading audits and social responsibility
• Ability to audit with management, technical, marketing, sales, audit and administrative staff work effectively together
• Ability to effectively understand customer and market expectations and be customer-centric
• Excellent technical skills and understanding of ethical trading and social compliance auditing principles and practices and relevant legal requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to sell GRDN Staffing services to customers.
• Ability to work proactively, plan and prioritize workload.
