Job Description: Technical Expert in Disaster Recovery and Investigations

Job Location: Europe (EU) with regular trips to the UK and U.S

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations into the root cause of disasters affecting Global Recruitment facilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
• Travel to disaster areas on short notice
• Provide daily updates on investigation progress and findings
• Develop preventative actions and corrective steps for system design and safety
• Support risk management, property management, and legal matters

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related fields
• Professional Engineers License (PE or PEng) preferred
• Experience in construction management and disaster-related practical experience
• Knowledge of building codes and standards such as NFPA, FM Global, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to ask relevant technical questions and propose practical solutions
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to develop new ideas
