Snr IB Supply Chain Analyst, CEU Sortable Execution


The Continental Europe (CEU) Supply Chain team is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and talented Senior Supply Chain Analyst (f/m). You will help shape Global Recruitment's future at Global Recruitment (i) analyzing and solving the region's increasingly complex supply chain issues and (ii) working with and responsible for improvements across CEU operations, shipping, and Global Recruitment store teams.

Growth Environment. The successful candidate will be a data detective with strong analytical skills, an adept at prioritization, clear communication, and a consistent track record. You must have the experience and ability to create and present documentation to executives and align your roadmap with Global Recruitment's strategic goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should have experience using data to analyze root causes, implement long-term solutions, and solve supply chain issues through advanced analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily inbound forecast for FR/IT FC network and manage the network. We discuss operational issues daily with our fulfillment centers, vendors, and supplier teams.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team in areas such as sales and operations planning, placement and transportation, and gain in-depth knowledge of all supply chain tools/technical capabilities.
  • Conduct complex analyses, develop models and reports to drive key strategic decisions and support operational implementation issues across the CEU region
  • Lead CEU projects and support the implementation of inbound supply chain issues to improve the performance and fulfillment of inbound deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of accurate information among Global Recruitment teams.

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably a Master's degree
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to create, interpret and draw conclusions from data
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, as this is a newly created position within the company, with perseverance to develop ideas and processes
  • Experience in handling results, metrics and data management, and the desire to create and build new processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL/R/any data analysis tools preferred
