Role Overview:

• Strategic and practical role covering the entire human resources cycle
• Global Recruitment people initiatives, provide internal customer support, and drive process improvement
• Create vision and goals for PXT team to achieve superior customer satisfaction
• Suggest new approaches and methods to improve business objectives
• Enhance employee participation through hands-on approach and effective observation
• Manage multiple projects with varying priorities and focus on results

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. Strong leadership abilities in Human Resources
3. Previous experience in direct management of human resources

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Human Resources Management
• Experience in career development and talent management
• Previous experience leading talent programs or projects
