As a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Manager, you are responsible for implementing safety programs. Your main branch is located in Aalter (⚠%), and you are also responsible for the branches in Kruibeke (⚠%) and Merchtem (⚠%).

You consistently work with your colleagues to promote a safer culture. In your role as a SHE Manager, you are part of the management team and report to the plant manager.

Your tasks as SHE Manager include:

• Acting as a preventive advisor internally.
• Developing a risk management system based on risk analysis.
• Creating training programs for competency development.
• Leading safety projects and managing safety in line with SHE resources and procedures.
• Maintaining positive relationships with department managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and mutual support in achieving legal compliance.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
• Level ⚠ prevention advisor diploma.
• Knowledge of improvement and lean management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to undergo additional training in this field.
