Your Tasks You will:

• Maintenance, Repair, and Improvements: Using Global Recruitment-specific software and advanced tools, you will perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Global Recruitment vehicles with or without supervision, depending on your skill level.
• Ensuring the highest quality: Repair it right first We trust you to carefully inspect our vehicles before return and prior to delivery and to perform work to the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration: By working across teams (local and regional), you will share support and best practices to further improve the service experience.
• Development: We prepare you for success. Our dedicated in-house training team provides you with training on Global Recruitment-specific technologies and electric vehicle repairs.

• Inspection, Repair and Verification: Used special Global Recruitment software to perform and perform only partial repairs and contact all supervised Global Recruitment models so I could learn about them.

What You Contribute You are:

• Technically Savvy: You have specialized experience or training performing vehicle maintenance and repair in the automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
• Technically qualified: Ideally, you have the appropriate certification to perform vehicle repairs in Finland.
• Good communicator: You speak and write English and/or Dutch well and know how to express your points clearly and respectfully.
• Drive safely: We require you to hold a full European driving license (Class B car).
• Flexible: You can work shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts. Willing to travel as needed for cell phone repairs and car detailing.
• Eligibility: working in the Netherlands.
