Service Supervisor - Chef d'Atelier, Liège

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of service advisors and technicians while ensuring an impeccable service experience by achieving outstanding results and increasing the operational efficiency of our service centers.

Your Mission:

  • Provide effective supervision and direction to assigned employees to achieve required quality and service output goals.
  • Maintain appropriate records and inventories.
  • Manage smooth planned routes and workflow for every mobile technician.
  • You act as a process leader for service activities, ensuring work standards are defined and systematically improved, involving mobile technicians and other members of the service center team.

Lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged team Work with local service center managers and other key stakeholders to set quality, speed, and cost goals based on customer and business needs. Ensures that work standards and available technical procedures are up-to-date and correct and that all work is performed to ensure the highest quality.

Monitor to ensure all employees comply with safety regulations and safety plans. Work with your staff to resolve technology and staffing issues. Create schedules to efficiently fulfill service requests and ensure holidays and other time off comply with company policy. Responsible for selecting team members and ensuring they receive required training.

Conduct regular personal development meetings with team members to promote their professional growth. Monitor team and individual training needs/requirements and work with training team resources to coordinate training as needed. Maintain effective daily communication to keep all team members working toward the same goals. Communicate with staff on any issues affecting the mobile service team and the service organization as a whole. Work with the Service Manager to expand and grow the service production team to support company goals. Complete other tasks assigned by the service manager.

We would love to have you involved in the service area. Ideally, you have experience working in electric vehicles. Ability to lead by example, innovate with process and efficiency. Analytical skills to understand and influence key performance indicators. Proactive problem-solving involves not only solving problems when they arise but also understanding why and how they occur. Ability to inspire teams, engage others, and support their achievement and success. Calm, thoughtful attitude, and excellent communication skills. Digital savvy – the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. Familiarity with MS Office. Ability to communicate, read, and write effectively in English and French.

You must have and continue to maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
