Job Description:

As a service provider, you serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client, the center for managed services, related partners, and other important stakeholders regarding operational issues.

Implementing contractual processes and practices that are in line with the service catalog and other instructed tasks. Proactively managing daily activities such as:

• Processing requests for services from the assigned account.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of SLA's (both internal and external).
• Tracking systems associated with service delivery.
• Troubleshooting activities associated with the SLA.
• Identifying significant incidents and communicating to the Service Manager as appropriate.
• Actively surveying open cases and incidents associated with the service operation.
• Proactive system maintenance (such as reading meters, scheduling, SLA groups, etc.).

In the event of service, process, and contractual agreements, you must document, train, and place contracts with the necessary consistency.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another related field. You are fluent in English. You also speak French and / or Dutch. You have initial experience in the IT field. You have demonstrated your capacity to collaborate with other functions in a distributed environment. You possess strong IT abilities (both network and connectivity). You are customer-oriented, and have a good communication style. Additionally, you have analytical abilities.
