Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee IT end-user support service contract and ensure delivery according to SLA's
  2. Participate in governances with partners, define priorities, and implement Continuous Improvement plans
  3. Monitor Workplace services quality, employee satisfaction, and operational metrics
  4. Take ownership of Service Desk Practice (ITSM), promote development and improvement of processes and tools
  5. Effectively communicate trends, risks, and proposed improvements to management
  6. Question current processes, propose alternatives, demonstrate Agile mindset
  7. Global Recruitment customer value over platform administration, have good understanding of digital workplace tools
