Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT end-user support service contract and ensure delivery according to SLA's
- Participate in governances with partners, define priorities, and implement Continuous Improvement plans
- Monitor Workplace services quality, employee satisfaction, and operational metrics
- Take ownership of Service Desk Practice (ITSM), promote development and improvement of processes and tools
- Effectively communicate trends, risks, and proposed improvements to management
- Question current processes, propose alternatives, demonstrate Agile mindset
- Global Recruitment customer value over platform administration, have good understanding of digital workplace tools
