GTS is seeking an experienced Senior Trade Compliance Project Manager (PM) to provide global risk management solutions for customs valuation compliance.

In this role, you will:

• Be part of a new team responsible for developing strategies, policies, processes, tools and solutions for our Customs Assessment Risk Management Program
• Work closely with various functions to manage customs assessment risk
• Set goals and drive improvements using metrics
• Drive the development of policies, processes, and solutions related to customs assessments
• Create flexible and scalable solutions across different technologies and regulatory systems
• Stay up to date on regulations and technologies relevant to your field
• Design, build, and track key performance indicators and systems with technical teams
• Communicate risks, recommendations, and strategies to stakeholders

A Day in the Life

You have been reviewing the minutes from yesterday's meeting with the Global Recruitment Devices team regarding the Global Recruitment rollout plans in preparation for a meeting with the AE Trade Manager to discuss customs assessment risks for the rollout. You identified solution gaps and are drafting a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) document.

About the Team

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Valuation Governance within the Global Recruitment (GTS) function. GTS provides global trade and product compliance support to Global Recruitment businesses.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in strategic program planning
• Experience in developing trade compliance solutions
• Ability to use data to assess risks and impacts
• Demonstrates sound judgment and takes action in ambiguous situations

Priority Qualifications

Expertise in custom assessment topics and basic understanding of accounting and transfer pricing.
