Job Description:

The purpose of B&W Connect's Business Applications is to assist our customers in digitally transforming their businesses in order to generate new revenue sources, create new and interesting ways to serve customers, and alter the way their business is conducted in order to generate increased profitability for their organization.

Overview:

In this position, you'll have a role as a Senior Technology Specialist (pre-sales expert) for B&W Connect Power Platform, and will be part of the sales team that includes a Solution Specialist, a Customer Success Unit, partners, and engineering. In this position, you will help to advance the pipeline by assisting the Solution Specialist in recognizing the deal, developing a strategy, and inspiring the CxO/business decision maker/Technical decision maker. You're responsible for designing the solution and providing a professional demonstration to the customer. You will involve partners in the process of co-selling and taking into consideration, engineering will help with the emerging technologies and your Customer Success Unit will deal with support. The demonstration will focus on addressing the technical requirements for proof of concept, while highlighting our business value and competitive advantage, it will produce a design that is endorsed by the customer. Once the solution's design is confirmed, you will assist the Solution Specialist in completing the proposal from the customer and assisting with copyrighting. You will create relationships with the decision makers and our customers, and will be considered a trusted advisor in your field. As a celebrated product expert, you are tasked with divulging your technical, professional knowledge and traditions with your fellow colleagues.

• Working with Partners and Customer Success team to deploy software and achieve goals
