Global Recruitment is looking for an ESS Technical Communications and Performance Manager. This position is located in Bonn, Germany.

The purpose of this role is to drive detailed technical communications to support internal and external communications requirements for all aspects of Global Recruitment e-Shipping solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global ESS functional communications strategy to ensure appropriate messaging and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand and translate new features and functionality of Global Recruitment shipping vehicles to ensure that customer communication opportunities are fully utilized and all revenue generation opportunities are maximized.
• Analyze complex technical details and translate them into clear and concise communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Customize reporting measurements and analytics to track and understand the impact of communications where appropriate.
• Responsible for all communications between global, regional and national ESS resources and with external stakeholders. Coordinate with global communications strategies and policies as appropriate.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise and compelling communications to our customers ensuring they are always informed of the latest technology improvements.
• Initiate innovative messaging strategies with audiences and develop compelling messages using a variety of methods including written, video and social media channels.
• Identify relevant topics to include in communications, develop and implement appropriate messages in various communication channels and formats to ensure a continuous flow of information.
• Maintain a very active commitment/commitment across the function to identify communication opportunities, refine strategies and ensure relevant and effective communication methods are implemented.
• Manage and develop relevant platforms to ensure important information and content reaches the right audience.
• Provide project and product specific communications as needed and in accordance with the project plan.
• Influence people through the messages delivered and provide a conduit for real world information.

What you need to bring

• University degree or similar qualification, preferably in marketing, communications and/or languages.
• Native English speaker must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience working with various companies and stakeholders within the express sector.
• Experience and/or proven background in a technical role.
• ⚠-⚠ years of extensive professional experience, typically in a communications-focused role in a global environment.
• Keen ability to identify communication opportunities and build relationships to facilitate communication of organizational commitment.
• Stakeholder management at the top of the organization requires influence, support and active participation.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple countries and companies to coordinate/align agenda and maintain focus on priority areas.
