Sr. Electrical Engineer - Sustainable Energy - European Union

The European Union is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer with a focus on sustainability to transform larger-scale programs within the H&A Team (AMZL) framework. H&A Team is dedicated to maintaining long-term sustainability for our customers, local communities, and the planet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align and define stakeholder expectations for AMZL EV charging infrastructure and smart grid installation
• Develop and manage vendors to ensure quality installation
• Control electrical equipment standards and design validation
• Support field engineers in installation preparation
• Write business cases and present them to management

About the Team:

• Led by EU H&A Team's Sustainability Engineering team
• Focused on maintaining standards for EV charging and smart grid
• Works closely with Global Fleet, Field Engineering, Maintenance, and Operation teams

Qualifications:

• Experience in program management in a fast-moving environment
• Financial sector experience and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and databases
• Written and verbal fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field
• Experience in EV charging and Smart Grid
• Understanding of the electrical and energy industry in Europe and the United States
• Experience in resource planning for large-scale initiatives
