We are attempting to hire a Senior Software Development Engineer with QTS as his specialty on the EU Quality team. Work with product management and functional teams to facilitate the development of requirements for products and user experience. Design the entire software and data solutions (including user experience) and enable stakeholders to manage their businesses and make informed decisions. Establish rules for coding, a process for reviewing software solutions, design and delivery. Help other engineers through mentorship, provide code to a new product attribute, review designs and code. Help with the estimation of the effort needed for developing a feature during the sprint. Join the Global Recruitment Web Services team to constantly learn about their new products and how they are being utilized in software development. Help with the creation of new products with prototype boards and written papers. Implement solutions for training and documentation that maximize the utility of our tools for stakeholders.

A day in the life

• Collaborate with seasoned cross-dresser Global Recruitmentians to create and implement innovative features in a large distributed computing environment.
• Create systems that are both scalable and fault-tolerant, budget-friendly, and simple to manage.
• Design and write the appropriate solutions to begin with; these solutions are broadly defined.
• Create solutions that can be used to make predictions about complex systems that have exposure to innovative technology at a tremendous scale and speed.
• Work in an agile manner to produce quality software.

About the team

The EU QTS team is a software development team within the EU ICQA that creates reporting, products, and auditing solutions for clients that are both European and global, utilizing our skills and practical experience. As a Senior Software Development Engineer on the QTS team, you will have the responsibility of leading the development of a new platform that provides comprehensive, deep reporting regarding dive conditions and the associated metrics. Basic Qualifications

Experience programming with one of the following languages: Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
