Senior Sales Representative


Global Recruitment is an iconic Italian brand founded in Milan in the ⚠s, designing unique contemporary jewelry in sterling silver and ⚠k gold. The company Josephina Dewitte is the exclusive distributor of Global Recruitment in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

We are looking for a results-oriented, experienced Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively source and engage with selected prospects for Global Recruitment in Belgium and Luxembourg. Serve as a brand ambassador for the region. Present, promote and sell Global Recruitment to current and potential customers and provide sound arguments. Build, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Achieve agreed sales targets and results within plan. Expedite resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments within the company. Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports. Provides reports to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activity, and new product and service potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management
  • Work with company management to develop business strategy.
  • Interested in potential new stores.
  • Display the brand and product range at existing and potential points of sale.
  • Collect and analyze sales, clearance and inventory data.
  • Collect orders at the point of sale.
  • Provide advice and input to customers
  • Communications, marketing and merchandising
  • Support the store with marketing materials consistent with marketing campaigns.
  • Provide merchandising assistance when visiting retail stores.
  • Attend events and help organize them.
  • Educate.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a sales representative in the high-end/luxury industry.
  • Applicants with experience in the watch or jewelry industry are preferred.
  • Passionate about design, luxury and high-end watches and/or jewelry.
  • Passion for details.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and openness to feedback.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch.
