Our Global Black Belt (Global Recruitment) organization is a team of highly specialized technical professionals within the Global Recruitment Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organization who work with customers to implement some of the most complex and innovative solutions solutions and provide differentiated technology-leading services and support along the way. The analytics team within the Global Recruitment organization is comprised of experts and technical experts focused on specific domains, industries, and workloads such as Global Recruitment Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Azure Databricks.

The Global Black Belt (Global Recruitment) Time Zone Analytics Leader is a senior leader within our organization in the EMEA Data and Artificial Intelligence Business Solutions space. This role leads, develops and manages a global team of Black Belts (experts and technicians) across time zones. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end analytics business in the region and shaping the market in the region. This position requires travel to customer sites.

Qualifications Required:

  • ⚠+ years of technology-related sales, account management experience, or equivalent, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business administration, analytics, data science, or related field with a minimum of ⚠ years of experience in a field less technology-related Sales, account management or equivalent experience.
  • ⚠+ years of experience in people management, including leading high-performing teams of sales and technical experts, coaching solutions specialists, and account development strategies and/or serving in leadership roles in large, multi-tiered organizations.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with cloud analytics and artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Leaders need to coordinate multi-million dollar transactions for large, distributed virtual teams.
  • Demonstrated passion and commitment to customer success.
  • Strong presentation, whiteboarding and communication skills.
  • Proven leader with the ability to coach and inspire a diverse team of solution sales and technical sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer value by coaching technical experts to identify and qualify Azure Analytics workload opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of Global Recruitment Analytics and AI strategies, resources, and best practices to develop and drive these interactions to deliver customer value.
  • Collaborate, coach and correct the region's sales execution model, motivating departments and teams to achieve success based on the GTM movement.
  • Rigorous business management; adapt to a culture of accountability; establish a strong and active business network.
  • Recruit, develop and coach high-performing teams by hiring diverse talent, prioritizing development and preparing people for senior roles elsewhere in the organization.
  • He ensures success through modeling, coaching and caring to ensure empowerment and accountability.
  • Bring effective market insights to client interactions, assist in closing deals with clients and coaches, and influence how direct reports and other internal personnel do this.
  • Participate in conversations with customers and work with customer and partner teams to advance and qualify new opportunities, understand key technical objections, and resolve technical roadblocks.
  • Participate in regular strategic planning for assigned time zones/geographies and review plans through the Rhythm of Business (ROB). He leads meetings and coordinates the team's cross-departmental initiatives.
