Our client is a partner in mobility solutions for individuals and organizations, focusing on sustainable mobility, multimodal mobility, transport strategy, fleet management, long-term rentals, and commercial vehicles.
To strengthen its HR department in Zaventem, Global Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruiter. The role involves managing a team of ⚠ members and reporting to the Director of HR.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for recruiting profiles for all departments and closely collaborates with business and HR partners. The role entails end-to-end recruitment with a ⚠-degree view of all company vacancies.
Key responsibilities include analyzing recruitment needs, proposing solutions, managing the company's recruitment process, developing job descriptions, posting job ads, and sourcing talent through various channels such as LinkedIn and personal networks.
The ideal candidate should have a relevant professional background in recruitment, particularly in banking, insurance, leasing, and HR sectors. Passion for recruitment, knowledge of industry trends, and experience in campus recruitment are advantageous. Familiarity with recruiting tools like Global Recruitment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills are essential for writing compelling job postings that reflect the company's employer branding. Desired qualities include being open-minded, flexible, proactive, autonomous, energetic, and having experience in managing multiple vacancies.
