The Role:
Global Recruitment is continuing its partnership with Global RecruitmentGlobal Recruitment and is now seeking out professionals who want to take a new exciting chance available now! Join the team of creative and passionate professionals as a Senior Recruiter - French and Dutch/Flemish speaker that finds the most talented individuals for the client. This is a hybrid role and necessitates on-site employment in Brussels three times per week. Global RecruitmentGlobal Recruitment is a prominent lens manufacturer and frames provider. The previously separate companies, Global Recruitment and Global Recruitment, were combined into a single company late in ⚠, this lead to a company that was both powerful and innovative in the optical field. The company has a portfolio of over ⚠ well-known brands (Ray-Ban, Oakley, Costa, Varilux and Crizal) that span multiple categories, from frames, lenses and instruments to physical distribution and digital distribution, as well as mid-range to high-end brands!
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a full end-to-end recruitment process.
- Actively seeking out candidates from different sources and developing a pipeline of potential diverse candidates.
- Preparing and delivering quality shortlists in a timely manner.
- Developing relationships with hiring managers through planning resources, creating jobs, and other activities related to recruitment.
- Discovering process enhancements and addressing client expectations.
- Preventing the candidate from having too much experience by ensuring they keep up-to-date and communicate with the hiring manager.
- Producing accurate and timely information about management, maintaining the system.
- Providing results that meet or exceed client expectations, team goals and SLAs.
- Undertaking market analysis projects.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in leading European-wide recruitment processes and working directly with hiring managers. Fluency in English, French and Dutch/Flemish, written and spoken strong customer focus and the capacity to manage larger stakeholders. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to cultivate long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and practical application.
