Job Description: Senior Program Manager at Global Recruitment

As a Program Manager of the Senior Kind at Global Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to explore new approaches to thinking, designing, and delivering. Your main purpose will be to work with multiple stakeholders in various business departments to develop innovative solutions that align with the long-term goals of the company.

You will be responsible for setting up, owning, and managing the strategy for a complete Concession in the EU. Utilizing data and research, you will address larger organizational problems and implement improvements that benefit the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze ideas for new solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments
• Develop and implement successful project plans
• Improve processes and operations across the organization
• Contribute to areas such as diversity, equity, and inclusion

Basic Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other project management methodologies
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operational management

About the team EU Operations Concessions:

The team oversees Operations, Deliverables, and Unreturned items for the EU Global Recruitment Fulfillment network. By identifying and addressing issues in the supply chain, the team aims to enhance the customer experience across the EU.
