Senior Program Manager, Resource Optimization

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join the EU Mid Mile Node Program team as a Senior Project Manager focusing on innovation in shift design, work patterns and process automation. To succeed, you'll think big and innovate to drive our rapidly growing business while leading end-to-end process execution. You will work closely with Global Recruitment operations, technology, HR, and other business stakeholders to create solutions using a human-centered design approach. You will work with multiple teams across the EU and US to leverage Global Recruitment's larger infrastructure in line with larger global strategies and ensure we design and implement HR programs and practices that scale globally for our business. The successful candidate will also demonstrate:

Basic Qualifications
- ⚠+ years of Excel experience (including VBA, Pivot Tables, Array Functions, Power Pivot, etc.)
- Experience using data visualization tools such as QuickSight and Tableau
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to gain business insights
- Experience using SQL scripting languages , such as Python, Bash, etc.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience in program/project management.
- Demonstrated experience in projects related to work placement, operations management, high-volume recruiting, and/or human resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading relevant operational projects, including experience leading cross-functional global projects.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Extensive background in building and executing in highly ambiguous, flexible environments.
- Strong data-driven business writing skills.
- Experience in independently identifying and solving problems, even in unfamiliar or unclear situations, brings initiative.
- Strong tendency to take action and get things done.
