You will oversee the management of the Drayage Strategy, Pricing and Efficiency of the Global Recruitment network. Create novel solutions to larger problems in your organization using data and research. Acquiring the Global Recruitment of Global Recruitment and the development cycles associated with it, Develop and own programs that improve the pricing and efficiency of land-based operations of Global Recruitment. As a Program Manager for Sustainability, you'll: participate in internal programs to promote Global Recruitment's sustainability goals; utilize large amounts of data and metrics to drive business results; Develop a road map for integrating new types of supply into the company and under the roof processes employed by Global Recruitment; secure the support of other departments within the company, including: legal, financial and networking; travel up to ⚠% of the day as a Program Manager for Sustainability, you'll: participate in internal programs to promote Global Recruitment's sustainability goals; utilize large amounts of data and metrics to drive business results; Develop a road map for integrating new types of supply into the company and under the roof processes employed by Global Recruitment; secure the support of other departments, including: legal, financial and networking. You'll utilize strategic thinking to create and implement a successful project plan. Work with the tech team to identify and develop the requirements of a drayage product, then build a pricing model for the drayage business on Global Recruitment's Southeast Asia growth and own cost savings. Discuss the new model of operation and the accuracy of the data with the Legal, Finance and Network team. Increase the operational efficiency of every program in partnership with your stakeholders by leading specific programs that improve the efficiency of the landside operation. About the team: Global Recruitment couldn't achieve the desired speed without the Global Recruitment Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you'll be incorporated into a diverse team that has a significant role in our success. Using air, sea, rail and road transportation, as well as sorting centers that have the most recent technology, you'll facilitate the transportation of Global Recruitment's goods at the greatest efficiency.
