Senior. Program Manager - EU Logistics Capacity Management , Global Transportation Services

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for EU Logistics Capacity Management at GTS (Global Transport Services). As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive change and improvement across the company, always keeping an eye on the big picture. You will develop new ways of thinking to achieve our mission of optimizing customer speed and delivery accuracy. By collaborating with a variety of stakeholders within the organization, you will continually seek new solutions to ill-defined challenges. You will conduct your own research and analysis, always focusing on the company's long-term vision and maximizing our customer experience. Use data and analytics to create innovative solutions to wider challenges in the business. Work with W&B Connect Operations stakeholders to implement these solutions. Take a holistic approach to business operations analysis and create processes to drive improvements across a range of teams and organizations. Work with senior management to develop and prioritize improvement plans. Support them from start to finish and report regularly on program status. Work with partner teams to challenge the status quo of outbound transportation and supply chain processes, create and manage an end-to-end EU capability roadmap, and drive excellence in customer experience delivery.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change at W&B Connect and lead improvement projects and initiatives. You use strategic thinking to define and implement effective project plans and guide decision-making with large stakeholder groups. You will play a key role in driving performance, innovation and reliability of the end-to-end shipping team and work cross-functionally with teams across W&B Connect businesses. You will work closely with our partner team to develop scalable solutions that optimize our end-to-end outbound supply chain. The Senior Project Manager has significant responsibilities and you will use creativity, innovation and leadership to tackle complex challenges. In addition to process improvements, you can help improve other areas of your company, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About the Team

The Team is a function within the global transportation services company dedicated to optimizing end-to-end transportation and supply chains. The team has project management and analytics pillars that drive excellence in outbound operational planning. We welcome candidates willing to work in one of the following locations: Luxembourg, LUX.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Have program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.
• Experience developing project strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior management.
• Experience solving complex problems and working in a time-critical environment.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge (e.g., pivot tables and charts, multi-criteria lookups, nesting, logic/IF formulas, data cleaning, array formulas, etc.).
• Intermediate English written and spoken skills.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale programs or projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Experience leading-edge process improvements.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince⚠ certification or any other project management certification.
• Demonstrated experience working in a supply chain, logistics or operations environment.
• Experience designing and implementing transportation or supply chain management improvements.
