Job Description: Program Manager (L⚠)

We are seeking a Program Manager (L⚠) who will concentrate on developing relationships and programs that will increase the reach of our professional logistics service to the community. Create new relationships and cultivate long term partnerships with non-financial and community partners. Implement programs in geographic areas that are desired, while comprehending the needs of the community, partner recruitment, predictions, reporting, and internal/external creation of content. Create proposals for data-driven stories that will solve problems for customers and partners, and evolve programs and methods. Work with subject matter experts, partners, and other stakeholders to create both internal and external facing content when necessary that satisfies the audience and the program's requirements in creative and entertaining ways. Event planning and assistance for both partners and the VDB&M Services community led to community-facing events. These events facilitated high level conversations between partners and the CommOps leadership that led to shared goals and new innovations that benefited communities. ⚠-⚠% travel per quarter

Basic Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in program or project management
• Use of data and metrics to improve processes
• Communication of results to higher-ups
• Implementation of repeatable processes
• Driving automation or standardization

Demonstrated knowledge of account management, and possessing customer-facing communication abilities including leading in-person or virtual customer conversations, product demonstrations, or training. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the design, implementation, and optimization of initiatives that are functional at a scale. Experience in the creation of content was preferred.
