RD Team (RME) is immediately recruiting a Senior Product Manager to join our EAM/APM team and deliver best-in-class technology solutions to manage our impressive portfolio of assets. We are looking for a leader who can drive change across the organization, stay ahead of financial, operational and compliance risks and strengthen our control environment. This position directly supports and impacts our global operations in customer fulfillment, transportation and logistics, and physical branches. It requires persistence, organization, and long-term thinking about outcomes and risks. This leader will work closely with operations, finance, accounting, tax, technology and other teams to present and represent the project team to various stakeholders. In this role, the candidate will be part of a team working with the company's finance and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, global, and results-driven environment. Strong oral and written communication skills are critical, as is the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, solve problems, describe business needs, and set priorities. The successful candidate will have experience working on exceptionally complex challenges in ambiguous environments. You have a proven track record in Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliant implementation projects and general ledger projects. Define, prioritize and plan the implementation of strategic initiatives. Consult with senior management on project prioritization across teams. Ensures achievement of assigned organizational goals. Plan and protect resources and manage cross-functional teams to achieve these goals. Have end-to-end responsibility for the execution and success of all assigned projects. Monitor progress against goals: Anticipate risks, resolve issues and take corrective action as needed. Track implementation against program goals and implement recommendations to improve program services and efficiency. Develop, own and pursue organizational goals as defined in the Operational Planning (OP) process. Communicate progress and collaborate with teams with relevant procedures. Establish, refine and implement mechanisms to ensure cross-functional coordination and establish clear escalation mechanisms. Identify and manage interest groups and provide regular business reports to these groups. Serve as a knowledgeable resource and share best practices in project management and program management. Basic qualification

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience using the EAM package Infor (Hexagon), including:
  • Enterprise software configuration
  • Dashboard development reporting using Cognos, Business Objects or SQL Server Services (SSRS reporting tool)
• ⚠+ years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• ⚠+ years of program or project management experience
• ⚠+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects
• Strong writing skills and love of detail
