Senior Process Improvement Manager, EU ATS Customer Experience

You will work with the management team to help us achieve a range of operational objectives to ensure we meet our customers' high demands for customer experience, quality and delivery speed. About the Team: Global Recruitment wouldn't be able to ship quickly without the Global Recruitment (ATS) team. You can help ensure Global Recruitment's shipments run at peak efficiency by using air, ocean, and road transportation, as well as sorting centers equipped with the latest technology. The analysis evaluates the overall performance of the mid-mile, including air network, land transportation and sortation. Drive network improvements for ATS, assess impact on existing deployments, and identify trade-offs between customer experience and cost. Proactively implement key business initiatives. Manage all aspects of project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication and implementation planning. Manage communications with senior stakeholders. Interact with Global Recruitment's operational and technical leadership teams to ensure global alignment. Work with the development team to take ownership of project decisions and achieve tactical goals while maintaining strategic focus. Write and review strategy documents.
As a Process Improvement Manager, you'll be at the forefront of improving Fulfillment by Global Recruitment - and for the ATS Customer Experience team, that means improving our processes so that we can provide a great experience for our customers. You are responsible for the customer experience performance of our Global Recruitment. Part of your role is to identify where processes can be improved, using data to identify opportunities to improve and audit processes. Another part of your role is to recommend changes and use your project management and stakeholder management skills to introduce new processes.
Basic qualifications
- Degree in business, supply chain, transport, economics or technology
- Relevant experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to succinctly summarize relevant data and communicate results by effectively presenting complex information
- Relevant experience communicating with a broad range of stakeholders, including peers and managers
- Ability to use data (including from large data sets) and metrics to isolate problems, test theories, confirm hypotheses, generate ideas, prioritize opportunities, implement and measure success experience of
- Experience in solving complex problems, root cause analysis in a business environment
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL
