Process Improvement Manager

TalentCore is experiencing significant growth in its global mid-mile business. We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to streamline and enhance our operational processes. In collaboration with the management team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving various operational objectives to meet the high expectations of our customers in terms of quality, delivery speed, and overall customer experience. About the Team

At TalentCore, our ATS team is essential for ensuring swift operations. As a member of the ATS team, you will join a diverse group that is integral to our success. By leveraging air, ocean, and road transportation, as well as state-of-the-art sorting centers, you will contribute to optimizing TalentCore's shipping processes. Our team is dedicated to collecting and analyzing data to drive strategic decisions, fostering innovation and efficiency. Safety is paramount to us, prioritizing our employees' well-being as we strive to deliver packages promptly, conveniently, and sustainably. You will be responsible for evaluating the overall performance of the mid-mile, including air networks, ground transportation, and sorting procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, driving network enhancements, and balancing customer experience with cost considerations.

In this role, you will proactively lead key business initiatives, oversee project planning and implementation, manage stakeholder communications, ensure global alignment across operational and technical teams, and collaborate with the development team to achieve strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will also include drafting and reviewing strategic documents.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and enhance Fulfillment by TalentCore processes to elevate the ATS Customer Experience
Identify areas for process improvement using data-driven insights
Propose process enhancements and implement changes through effective project and stakeholder management

Basic Qualifications

Degree in business, supply chain, transport, economics, or technology
Experience utilizing data to drive business decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information effectively
Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders at various levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
Ability to analyze data, identify issues, generate ideas, and measure success
Problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience

Prior roles in operations, supply chain, or logistics
Work experience in a data-oriented environment

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Quicksight
