Job Description: Payroll Manager

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager for a partner in the mechanical sector in Brussels. The organization provides assistance to international clients in designing and maintaining devices. As the Senior Payroll Manager, you will oversee a team of two payroll professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of two payroll professionals
• Handle Payroll for employees
• Manage payroll processes from start to finish
• Ensure timely payment and benefits
• Participate in creating Payroll HR policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Payroll Administration or related field
• Fluency in French and English or Dutch
• Minimum of ⚠ years experience in Payroll
• Strong leadership qualities
