Our flexible working approach
With flexible working, we combine the best of both worlds: face time and remote working. Our approach empowers our teams to deepen connections, maintain strong communities, and do their best work. We know flexibility can come in many ways. That’s why we don’t have a set number of days per week in the office, but instead spend at least half (⚠%) of our time each quarter in the office or on-site working with our clients, prospects and partners (depending on the role). This means you have the freedom to create a flexible schedule based on your business, team, and personal needs while taking care to make the most of the time you spend together. Those in remote ‘work from home’ roles also have the opportunity to spend important moments together in our offices.
