Senior Manager, Material Inventory Management IT Business Partner, Europe

What activities will you be involved in? Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on the forecasted load team within CCEP's largest business transformation initiative - Project Profectus? We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to serve as Senior IT Manager, Materials Inventory Management. In this key position, you will support business process improvements using the latest technology solutions in the following areas of CCEP's business: finished goods and raw material management, spare parts, equipment and various other critical components managed through warehousing and inventory processes.

What you will do:

1. Stakeholder Management: Strategically oversee IT operations and proactively collaborate with key business stakeholders involved in material inventory management to pave the way for a seamless transition to future S⚠ HANA IM implementations. Serves as the primary interface between IT and relevant business stakeholders. Represent business functions within IT and contribute to the development of their plans and strategies.
2. Standardization and collaboration: Promote the standardization of the entire CCEP business process, platform and data architecture. Work closely with business unit teams to ensure service visibility and alignment with feature roadmaps.
3. Technology Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate to define and update a comprehensive technology strategy and IT roadmap customized specifically for the material inventory management functionality. Ensure seamless alignment with CCEP's overall IT strategy.
4. Thought leadership: Provide expert advice and thought leadership on new technologies and digitalization (especially SAP’s S⚠ HANA) to enrich the company’s understanding and optimize its use across functions. Drive collaboration between IT and business function stakeholders to improve understanding, facilitate business planning and identify areas for improvement.

What we expect from you:

• A college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar field.
• ⚠+ years of extensive experience in a senior IT management role within a supply chain/value chain function.
• Proven success in implementing technology-driven changes.
• Strong understanding of information technology and operational technology.
• Experience working in a matrix organizational model.
• Experience defining and deploying S⚠ HANA in the supply chain domain.
