Context:

The Senior Manager Business Development coffee is crucial to the commercial success of the Global Recruitment Hot beverages business, this role has a significant impact on the topline growth and the annual business plan.

Your Tasks:

• Develop a long-term vision for the company and implement a Business Plan and a Long Term Plan
• Lead the commercial team and report to the Hot Beverages director
• Support and develop your team to achieve successful results
• Determine the right metrics for business operations and service monitoring
• Create a climate that allows teams to be successful in coffee
• Deliver sales and financial metrics and conclude complex negotiations successfully
• Communicate with internal and external participants to accomplish the plan

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of French and Dutch, good grasp of English
• Proven negotiation abilities and commercial flair
• Financial background and understanding of E⚠E P&L
• Project management abilities with entrepreneurship mindset
