Job Description: Project Manager at S&S Connect

As a Project Manager in the P&C IT department, you will have a significant role in leading and coordinating various projects impacting different technological teams in IT.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in structuring and organizing projects related to the organization's IT applications.
• Identify solutions, define action plans and required resources while maintaining a high perspective.
• Coordinate and communicate activities to stakeholders and clients.
• Advise and support the project team to create a high-performance team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project's lifespan.

Requirements:

• ⚠-⚠ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience in insurance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mind and effective priority management.
• Team-oriented with knowledge of project management methods like Agile.
• Proficient in French, Dutch, and English with basic understanding of the second language.
