Global Recruitment Saint-Truiden has a unique opportunity to serve as a Senior Human Resources Manager due to the internal transfer of the current incumbent. Serves as a strong business partner in defining and executing plant business strategy. Work closely with EMEA HR to build and deliver a world-class HR function. Motivate, lead and manage a local HR team of ⚠ HR Business Partners. Set HR priorities through a deep understanding of business needs such as: B. Drive HR presence on the shop floor and understand production/logistics to continually anticipate the short and long-term direction of the plant. Monitor and optimize HR processes, systems and strategies with a good balance between consistency and local adaptation, as well as compliance with internal policies and legal standards. Has ultimate responsibility for human resources policies and programs including recruiting, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, retention and succession planning, all in compliance with all laws. Develop and lead the social relations agenda to maintain an open dialogue with trade unions, build trust and promote engagement and entrepreneurship within the organization. Be an active member of the Factory Management Team and report to EMEA HRD.

Strong HR professional HR leader with a minimum of ⚠ years of hands-on experience, having worked with all aspects of HR at strategic and tactical levels in an international (industrial) blue-collar environment. Master's level, both in terms of thinking and working knowledge of social legislation and practical experience with industrial unions, are obvious requirements.
