Senior Financial Analyst, Global Customer Fulfillment FP&A

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll provide us with the information we need to propel Global Recruitment through. The finance teams are always advising the company. When our finances and program performance are optimized, we can still provide a superior experience to our customers and find new ways to help them. This role enables you to observe how we make business decisions while you gather all of the information necessary to direct your future. Use multiple metrics and models to forecast, link operational goals to finances, and determine opportunities for improvement. Explore data to ensure the reporting of accuracy, and share financial information with other colleagues in business to support strategic decisions. Produce a financial and operational plan that supports business goals, and leads on associated projects. Maintain and create tools that your team will use to share knowledge and promote standardization of processes across the EU. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll have a significant role in multiple projects at any one time. By measuring performance metrics, analyzing data and creating financial models, you'll recognize where we can improve efficiency and productivity. You will also explain to us how different scenarios have an effect on our business from a financial perspective, this is of great importance to many of our stakeholders. This position will enable you to function autonomously, while also collaborating closely with our partners to provide them with the information they need. You'll have a majority of your work based in one of our corporate offices, but you may also have a portion based in another of our locations. CF has evolved from a small team of booksellers to a large, complex team that processes over ⚠.⚠ million orders every day. The team is the core of our business and their efforts have contributed to our diversification in new areas and services. With the help of new technology, we're always attempting to find ways to expand the product range, improve the speed and budget. The CF team is the first member of the chain that facilitates customers in getting products as fast as we are known for. We are located in Fulfilment Centers, which are integral to the fast paced Operations network of Global Recruitment. Our centers are occasionally called the first mile because it's where the majority of Global Recruitment packages begin their journey. We assist with managing dynamic inventory and providing quick, round-the-clock delivery. Many different individuals participate in our Fulfilment Centers, which means that every skillset is likely to have an opportunity. Some of us concentrate on physical products, while others analyze data in order to assist everyone within the business with making smart decisions. We are open to accepting candidates for employment in one of the following locations: Luxembourg, LUX Basic Qualifications: - A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or another relevant field. - Experience with a financial role that involves partnering with multiple stakeholders across the business. - Experience with people management and large data mining and reporting tools like Python, SQL or Tableau. Preferred Qualifications: - A master's degree in finance, economics or mathematics, such as a CA, CMA, CWA or MBA - Experience with a fast paced and ambiguous environment. - Experience with large teams or at a national/ international organization. - Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and having an influence on decisions.
