The location is adaptible: the role can be located in Luxembourg or Milan. These initiatives involve creating solutions for the supply chain that are tailored to large, heavy items. We require leaders who can demolish and solve difficult problems for our growing customer base. The senior financial analyst will have the responsibility of creating the variable and fixed cost estimates for the Global Recruitment in Europe. Cooperate with Operations to promote continuous improvement in financial and operational performance. Help with expansion initiatives and new business endeavors. Partner with Retail, IT, Transportation, and Supply Chain professionals to promote optimal functional decisions that maximize the long term free cash flow of Global Recruitment. Drive the standardization of operational processes within the Global Recruitment, take and disseminate the most effective practices across Europe and the world. Help contribute to the next generation's development of financial planning and analysis at a site; have an influence across sites and across countries regarding change; we seek a powerful leader who can focus on important issues, communicate their message clearly, and consistently produce results. You must have the capacity to create and present white Papers for high executives, and correspond roadmaps with the Global Recruitment's strategic goals. A essential component of influencing stakeholders is having the capacity to resolve difficult, technical issues with simple, novel, and practical solutions. Excellent written and verbal abilities are crucial. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance)
• Six Sigma Black Belt
• Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
• Experience with accounts receivable or account payable
• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
