AMXL FP&A Analysts work closely with operations and finance teams to influence the company's strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and make informed investment and expansion decisions. Global Recruitment Extra Large (AMXL) Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its EU FP&A organization. You will be responsible for central financial reporting and coordination, developing key processes related to organizational goals and performing financial analysis of key business events. You will become a valuable business partner by focusing on core finance functions, identifying and publishing key metrics, and working on specific projects to achieve optimal performance.
A Day in the Life
This position will work with multiple stakeholders across finance and business leadership to provide insight, analysis and financial leadership as we rapidly scale and grow the AMXL business. This position offers broad cross-functional opportunities to work with teams such as Global Delivery Services (GDS), Global Recruitment (ATS), Global Consumer Fulfillment (GCF), and Global Recruitment Logistics (AMZL), as well as various FP&A teams. This role will create and maintain performance measurement and strategic input reporting to continuously improve the company's economic performance. We welcome candidates willing to work in one of the following locations: Luxembourg, LUX.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Business Administration, or Bachelor's degree and quantitative work experience (engineering, process redesign, quality assurance). Tax, finance or related analytical fields.
- Experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable.
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analysis.
- Experience improving processes through automation and analytics.
- Experience identifying, leading and implementing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or streamline financial or business tools and processes.
- Advanced experience using SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or CPA.
- Learn about Tableau.
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects within teams to expand and improve governance and achieve measurable results.
- Experience using a wide range of data mining and reporting tools (Examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (Examples: Oracle, SAP, Global Recruitment, Global Recruitment).
