Senior Digital Communications Manager

Develop and implement communications strategy: Work with the ETF Policy team to develop and implement communications strategy. Coordinate the communications pillar of ETF activities and ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain and improve consistency in the ETF’s visual identity.
Coordination and Production Management: Coordinate with outside consultants including designers, photographers, printers and web developers. Manage the production of a variety of communications tools and materials, from videos to event and event materials. Perform basic design work to maintain visual consistency.
Media Coordination: Coordinate proactive media relations and maximize domestic and international coverage by working with affiliates and the EU.
Digital Engagement and Communications Social Media Management: Design and implement digital engagement strategies to drive online community engagement across all platforms. Manage and update ETF social media accounts to ensure maximum reach. Work with communications officers to align digital efforts with political communications and overall strategy.
Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze web and social media statistics and recommend improvements. Develop and manage content calendars tailored to each social media platform. Implement social media advertising campaigns, including budget management.
Newsletter and Email Campaigns: Design and deliver newsletters and email campaigns with a focus on digital engagement.
Audiovisual Production Content Creation: Create, edit, and optimize audiovisual content for social media using tools like Adobe Suite and Canva. Design printed materials such as brochures, flyers and posters to ensure consistency with the ETF's visual identity. Film and record podcasts with key experts or ETF members.
Optimize and align: Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different content types and strategies. Coordinate live streaming of events or webinars as needed.
Minimum ⚠ years of experience in digital communications with a focus on design and video editing. Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite and Mailchimp and experience with social media algorithms. Experience creating compelling visual content for social and print media. Strategic thinking and creativity with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. Adapt to new ideas. Strong communication skills working with diverse stakeholders.
