The Compliance Control and Risk Management (CCRM) team is responsible for independent compliance reviews and helping to develop the future of internal controls at Fortis Global Recruitment Paribas. The day-to-day task of CCRM officers is to work closely with all compliance departments and companies to ensure strict compliance with the rules and thereby protect the Group's reputation. Who is responsible for organizing this task? The Compliance Operations Office (COO) is responsible for the methodology, organization and reporting of compliance audit and risk management activities. As Senior Compliance CCRM Officer:

• You will conduct first and second line inspections within the compliance team and develop and demonstrate your expertise in compliance issues.
• You communicate inspection results and help develop and implement action plans to address any identified issues that require attention.
• You are comfortable taking proactive steps to improve the control framework.
• You will take Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) tests and challenge exercises.
• You will diligently and proactively coordinate incident response, audits and regulatory recommendations within your area of ​​responsibility.
• You are a strong communicator and have strong relationships with the control/risk organization, thereby helping to improve the bank's compliance risk management.
• Your opinions and analysis will play a vital role in the future development of this position.
