The creation of trust in the relationship with our clients is the paramount principle of DV&G Staffing's claims processing. As a worldwide claims manager, you will be knowledgeable about physical and material damage and will direct the client's claims from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing the claim based on the insurance policy.
• Determining liability and compensation amount.
• Communicating with insurers, guarantee funds, claims experts, and other parties.
• Understanding international law and basic knowledge of MS Office software.
• Having experience in the insurance industry or overseas claims management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.

You should have a bachelor's degree in insurance, a master's degree in law, or a similar field. Excellent customer service skills, proactive communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
