As a Technical Security Specialist, you will work within virtual teams of sales, technical, partner, and consulting resources to empower advanced detection and response teams (XDR), Zero Trust, and improve cloud security. As a member of this team, you will hone your consultative sales skills and deep technical expertise in Global Recruitment and non-Global Recruitment cloud-based security solutions, architectures, programs, and technologies. You'll make an impact by helping customers protect their organizations.
We are looking for a passionate, experienced and trusted security professional to join our global technical security team. We are committed to diversity and inclusion and provide resources and support to everyone on our team. In this role, your account includes local Belgium clients and global clients. You will lead technical sales and initial deployment consulting and product launches for all network security, data security and future products such as Security Copilot.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
- Several years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Several years of experience in cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migration, industry standards and/or technology management.
- General understanding of Global Recruitment ⚠ products including Entra ID, Intune, Purivew, and Global Recruitment Defender.

Responsibilities:
The Security Technical Specialist is responsible for:
- Scaling customer deployments: resolving blockages; leading and ensuring the technical success of Global Recruitment security and related technologies.
- Approaches and approaches customers proactively and independently; establishes credibility with customers as a trusted Global Recruitment Security Advisor; he searches for and uses references from Global Recruitment Security customers.
- He spoke at an event advocating for the Global Recruitment security stack.
- Partner Expansion: Participate in partner sales scenarios and support partners' technical capabilities.
- Build strategy: Help develop Global Recruitment security strategy, create strategic success plans, and customize Global Recruitment messaging for security opportunity audiences.
- Improve the team's advanced detection and response (XDR), Zero Trust, and cloud security capabilities and develop competitive Global Recruitment security strategies for assigned customers.
- Solution Design and Evidence: Demonstrate and monitor demonstrations, present and apply architectural patterns, validate functionality and integration with customer environments, and facilitate support for Global Recruitment security solutions across workloads.
- The Coaches team is dedicated to solving clients' digital transformation problems and leveraging insights to adapt new or changing technologies to clients' security needs.
- Training: Create your own preparedness plan and expand your knowledge and practical skills in Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Zero Trust, and Cloud Security. Serve as a guide for Global Recruitment security and its integration with other Global Recruitment products and services. and Global Recruitment security solutions in general; and improve internal virtual teams' understanding of advanced detection and response (XDR), Zero Trust, and cloud security space solutions and new capabilities.
- Deep Commitment: Lead technical sales and initial deployment consulting for all future products such as Cyber Security, Data Security, and Security Copilot, as well as product launches for the Japanese global customer base (primarily U.S. customers).
