As a Software Development Engineer, you will drive the development of services and integrations that help the millions of candidates looking to work at RL Agency. Basic Qualifications

• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Experience working on architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new systems and existing systems
• Experience programming in at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience programming in at least one modern language (such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
