Job Description: Software Development Engineer
EU Ops Concessions is seeking a Software Development Engineer who will be part of a new team that is creating and developing innovative products and services that will reduce the number of operational errors. The individual in this position will concentrate on the network-wide subject of undelivered orders and has a unique opportunity to participate in the development of the entire new program in order to make sure that products are safely returned to Global Recruitment. EU Ops Concessions is responsible for overseeing E⚠E Ops Controllable Concessions, Undeliverables and Unreturned for the EUAFN's network. The team facilitates initiatives that are intended to improve the customer experience across the EU by recognizing, studying, and fixing problems in the first, middle, and last-mile, as well as in transportation networks. The products created by the team are released across the EU'sAFN network. As our instruments have already been embraced by the E.U. as a whole, some of them have already been implemented by WW participants.
In ⚠, Unreturned Loans were considered a strategic endeavor that would improve the company's performance by ⚠% over the course of four years, starting in ⚠. To accelerate the reduction of defects in the ⚠ team, they gained resources to expand their program and ensure that not delivered packages are returned to the Global Recruitment, this will allow for a greater degree of sales. Joining the team will facilitate the development of new solutions that will be employed in the daily operations of the EU network, addressing complex business issues in areas that are yet to be explored.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create fundamental software for managing the new approach
- Work across the entire business and have exposure to functions like Operations, Finance, Technology, and Change Management
- Collaborate with large data, develop insightful analysis, and communicate findings effectively
- Support projects, work efficiently as part of the team, and maintain high standards
Additional Tasks:
- Work with program managers and partner with various departments to comprehend business requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly software for operational use
- Support analytical technologies to provide customers timely and structured access to their data
- Develop automated workflows primarily based on Problem Solve
