SAP SuccessFactors Transformation Lead | HRIS | Project Management

As the SAP SuccessFactors Transformation Lead, you will have the responsibility of leading and driving the transformation of the company's SuccessFactors system into the Core HR Data system, this system is the source for the Regional Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions. Additionally, you will implement components like Compensation, Learning Management, Performance Management and Talent & Development. This position necessitates a combination of project management abilities, extensive SuccessFactors knowledge, and the capacity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders. This transformation program will run until Q⚠ of ⚠.

Key Duties:

• Lead the transformation of SAP SuccessFactors to become our source for regional Payroll and global time & attendance processes/systems, with extended Manager- & Employee Self Service in all our ⚠ countries
• Replace existing digital Personnel File Management systems into an integrated solution within SAP SuccessFactors
• Develop and execute a global payroll transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather HRIS requirements and define global HRIS transformation initiatives
• Assess current HRIS processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices and streamlined workflows.
• Manage and coordinate HRIS module implementations, including project planning, and system configuration
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements in all countries of operation
• Develop and implement global HRIS policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with payroll systems, time and attendance systems, and other relevant platforms
• Partner with HR and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation
• Lead HRIS data migration and cleansing activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in our SAP SuccessFactors system
• Develop and deliver HRIS training programs to HR, our managers, and employees to enhance knowledge and ensure adherence to global processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Project/Implementation Lead
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its Compensation, Learning Management, Performance Management, and Talent & Development modules is a must
• Strong understanding of HRIS best practices
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end HRIS processes and implementing SAP SuccessFactors system solution
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex global HRIS transformation projects
• Experience in managing Application Management & Support vendors and ensuring compliance with service level agreements
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with payroll systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex payroll transformation challenges
