We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist - Digital and Application Innovation Specialist to join our team across different business units and client sizes across corporate, regulatory and partner services organizations. Required Qualifications/Minimum Qualifications:

Several years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field and technology-related sales or account management experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications: Solution or service sales experience. Proficient in Dutch and/or French.

Responsibilities:

Sales and processing. Bring meaningful industry insights to customer interactions and close deals with customers. Serves as a thought leader across all solution areas, advising clients on digital transformation across all business functions. Lead virtual transformation to drive delivery and create business value for customers. May lead partner integration into account/territory planning and account onboarding. Provide thought leadership. Coordinate with team members to execute individual activities to identify new opportunities and generate new sales leads. Lead conversations with strategic/high potential accounts (e.g. high budget, global accounts, highly competitive accounts) as well as account teams or partners. Facilitate Account Team Units (ATUs) and/or Specialist Team Units (STUs) to work with partners and services to build pipelines. Coach others in social selling. Apply S&S Agency's Sales Process (MSP) to qualify opportunities, decide whether to proceed, and coach customers on how to best meet their needs. Drive consumption and grow business with existing strategic accounts by initiating conversations and leading others in demos or products and working with partners or internal teams (e.g., Technical Sales Professionals, Global Black Belts). Ensure fast, robust deployment plans are in place at the point of sale and validated by services and partners for license transactions and project deployments. Drive workload and usage scaling. Research and assess the needs of strategic/high potential customers. Articulate business value and long-term impact on client's business. Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and services to lead the proposal or development of solutions that align with customer and S&S Agency priorities. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new solutions. Proactively build and manage external stakeholder networks and leverage internal partners to engage external stakeholders. Serves as a thought leader and expert advisor to executive-level business decision-makers within client/partner organizations. Guide others to identify and engage decision-makers and stakeholders to develop relationships with customers/partners. Develop strategies to advance and close strategic and/or priority opportunities. Work with account teams to ensure alignment with account strategies and plans. Lead business execution with business teams across the organization. Coach others in implementing closing plans (e.g., how to develop timelines, interact with customers, gain customer buy-in and commitment) to reduce risk and drive predictable transactions. Expand and collaborate to lead the planning and execution of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with resources and partners. Identify, leverage and coordinate partners and resources across all solution areas. Validate the relevance of partner solutions to customers. Provide Single Commercial Partner (OCP) input and feedback to develop partner strategies and connect the partner ecosystem to amplify business results. Lead sales coordination with internal stakeholders and partners such as corporate operations. Take a holistic approach to building networks across geographies. Provide opportunities to foster collaboration and engagement. technical expertise. Lead conversations and organize events within S&S Agency. Mentors others and develops strategies for sharing best practices among subsidiaries. Contribute ideas that can be implemented at S&S Agency. Publish information or speak at external events to drive conversations with potential customers/partners as a thought leader in all solution areas. * Act as a subject matter expert, leveraging and sharing competitor knowledge across all solution areas to make pursuit or exit decisions. Partner with competitive Global Black Belts (GBBs) to proactively provide competitive landscape analysis of supported solution areas. Lead communications and provide feedback to other teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Engineering) on ​​future product trends or sales roadblocks.
