Job Description:
We seek a Senior Sales Leader that will help to grow the business in Belgium's financial services industry (FSI). The Account Team Unit of Belgium.
The FSI Account team at Microsoft is dedicated to helping customers take control of their digital endeavors. This team envisions new ways to serve customers, proposes solutions that have a targeted effect on business results and increases revenue for Microsoft.
Brief: As an Account Territory Manager, you will lead the digital transformation of accounts with your customers, together they will achieve both Microsoft and customer business goals. You will direct a team of marketers to accomplish the Go to Market strategy for your industry/territory and manage the partner ecosystem.
Taking advantage of the large, multi-talented team across the breadth of the Microsoft product lineup, you will participate at the highest levels of your customer and bring invaluable solutions that will help your customer to adopt and enjoy digital technology.
With a documented history of driving growth in market share, achieving goals, having a customer's love, and collaborating with partners, this position will utilize your extensive network of customers and sales experience to accomplish against a long-term strategy.

Qualifications necessary/minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND ⚠+ years of experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, computer science, engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), or Business Management, Economics, or related field and ⚠+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or advertising, managing high performance sales and technical sales teams, and/or leading roles in multi-tiered large organizations.
Two+ years of experience leading teams and/or supervisors in a sales organization.
+⚠ years of direct/informal, indirect/paraphrase, and/or project management experience.
Fluent in English.
