Required Qualifications/Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Sales Operations/Management, Account Management, Project Management, Business Development, Marketing, Consulting or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience using data to drive business results or make business decisions.
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients and/or clients.
- Additional or required qualification in English language.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Manage projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress and/or change management experience.

Purpose of the role
The Global Recruitment Manager role is a strategic role designed to achieve and drive consistent sales excellence practices across the commercial and public sectors in Bilux to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Global Recruitment Sales operating model and digital sales culture and will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced and rapidly growing sales organization. This position is a strategic contributor responsible for executing strategy, driving growth, increasing sales force productivity and driving cultural change. In this role he will work with the Global Recruitment, CSU, STU and Finance to actively support SLT and interact with an extensive network of sales management and other key stakeholders supporting the Global Recruitment business. This individual will also work closely with our sales excellence colleagues across EMEA. Business partners and support drive revenue growth through account or business planning. Analyze prospects and use business insights to evaluate performance and make recommendations for current and future actions based on key drivers, opportunities and/or threats. Supports the integration, alignment and/or execution of defined operations within a segment/area. Serves as the primary coordinator for Account/Customer Success programs and helps activate sponsorships with department leadership. Provides guidance to managers and salespeople on account/client success planning fundamentals, habits, and program quality. Contributes to strengthening and reviewing quality programs within the department/area. Work with colleagues and/or leadership to maintain and/or define a predictable Rhythm of Contact (RoC). Contribute to RoC activities to enforce strong discipline and ensure delivery of high quality results. Provide business insights and advice to create positive change. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve RoC cadence within supported segments/regions. Provide advice and support to the sales team on opportunity management sales proposals/strategies (e.g. upsells, cross-sells, renewals, winbacks). Contribute to the implementation of prioritized sales activities and industry solutions. Identify opportunities to generate new business and accelerate the closing of existing opportunities. Ensure collaboration between Southern teams to optimize pipeline processes within Global Recruitment processes. Ensures high levels of pipe hygiene, reliability and predictive accuracy.
Sales Coaching for Growth and Transformation
Coach sales teams on executing on key priorities and building relationships with them. Ask sales teams to coach salespeople more effectively. Help sales teams improve individual and team capabilities, employee satisfaction, and collaborative sales efforts. Can provide guidance in pursuing big deals. Increase awareness and clarity of company or time zone initiatives among sales teams and managers. Incorporate into the plan and help your sales team or partners develop new habits. Helps optimize sales team processes and capabilities within supported segments. Assess customer/partner needs and apply methods and resources to transform seller capabilities, sales processes, and/or partner engagement. Provide input to the sales team to anticipate and mitigate risk. Gather and incorporate feedback on sales challenges or roadblocks. Provide feedback to relevant teams through appropriate channels. Promoting sales process discipline helps analyze key sales drivers (e.g. by channel, product, region). Integrate insights from data analytics. Leverage reporting and analytics capabilities to generate data-driven insights and provide revenue and forecasting insights to salespeople, sales managers and leaders or partners. Promote sales process discipline, adherence to standards, and execution excellence or pipeline health. Hold sales managers accountable for the quality and integrity of account programs. Help ensure consistency and excellence in the sales process within segment/territory. Share best practices with her team. Serve as a subject matter expert, championing and supporting the effective and consistent use of common and/or new processes and tools developed across the organization to improve internal and external communications and collaboration. Integrate input from supported areas into feedback loops. Communicate feedback on tools to engineering/partner teams.
Leadership Support
Support department leaders in their ability to serve as senior leaders. Work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to advise and contribute to all aspects of organizational leadership (e.g., employee engagement, resource allocation, change management, building high-performing teams). Represent the department as an internal advocate and extension of department leadership.
