Sales Excellence Delivery Manager

In this context, we are looking for a Sales Delivery Excellence Manager who will make a significant contribution to the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Excellence Team:

  • Prepare management reports for commercial activity
  • Support the monthly performance review process
  • Provide input to quarterly forecast and budget iterations
  • Manage bottom-up activities annually and implement the target environment
  • Analyze our volumes and sales developments, identifying, tracking trends and providing explanations as to why
  • Organize the flow of financial results

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports
  • Analyze issues (sales volume, volume variance, customer habits)
  • Take advantage of opportunities
  • Challenge the sales team: Analyze the number of customer visits, calls, manage complaints through Powerbi reporting
  • Create diagnostics - Where are we? Sales, projects, bootcamp organization, preparation of training materials (product knowledge) and structural toolbox for new people, preparation of quarterly marketing topics (follow-up with sales and marketing teams) end-to-end process definition (triggers), identify problems, negotiate and resolve complex situations
  • Affinity with finance/pricing
  • Confident (ability to challenge and drive sales when necessary)
  • Project management analysis (performance evaluation, annual planning), structure, organization
  • Continuously balanced reactivity with priorities (solve pressing issues)
  • Proficient in two national languages (French/Dutch - can mentor French/Dutch team members)
  • Good use/understanding of or adapting to new Global Recruitment (Sibel to Microsoft)
  • Quite autonomous personality
  • Resist stress, get things done
  • Good communication, empathy, collaboration with other teams (core functions, constant collaboration with sales)
