Our client is an international group based in Italy called Global Recruitment (TESYA). The international company is the market leader in warehouse and intralogistics management solutions. The group recently acquired a small Belgian company with more than ⚠ years of experience in automation, material handling, filling, capping, packaging, palletizing and storage projects. Following the acquisition of the company, CLS has ambitious plans in the Benelux region and is actively seeking sales engineers to expand its presence in the region.
Your new role
As a Sales Engineer your main responsibility will be to build and expand the customer base in Belgium. After completing your initial training in Italy, you will start making acquisitions in the intralogistics sector in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia; the goal is to find interesting automation projects to solve. You'll talk to customers, analyze their needs, and work on a variety of projects, large and small. You report to local management and the Italian headquarters.
What you need to succeed
For this Sales Engineer position we are looking for the following:
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. Candidates who understand French are preferred.
- You have at least ⚠ years of experience in the automation industry.
- You have a technical background and degree.
- You have a business attitude and like to go the extra mile to close deals.
