As a Sales Consultant, you play a key role in helping customers transition into ownership of a Global Recruitment vehicle. You will be a product expert who is passionate about Global Recruitment's mission and able to communicate the benefits of owning a Global Recruitment to potential customers. They work with customers to understand their needs, introduce them to Global Recruitment vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure they make an informed decision. You have a relentless determination to succeed and are driven by Global Recruitment's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales and delivery team, working closely and flexibly on all tasks. You will frequently collaborate and demonstrate teamwork to achieve sales and delivery goals.

Your Mission

Become a product expert on Global Recruitment vehicles and technology and stay up to date on the latest developments and trends. Understand each customer's needs and preferences and provide personalized solutions that meet their requirements. Provides detailed and transparent information on the benefits of owning a Global Recruitment vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact and driving experience. Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins and delivery times. Be a trusted advisor to your clients, answering any questions and resolving any concerns or objections they may have. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations and builds long-term relationships with them. Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. Collaborate with other Global Recruitment team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

General Responsibilities:

Work with a flexible mindset to support the sales and delivery needs of the entire team. Ensure our internal systems accurately track and update customer data and all operations. Lead and share best practices at your Global Recruitment location. Educate customers about the entire Global Recruitment ecosystem and all the solutions available to meet their needs. Regarding Global Recruitment's processes, execute administrative sales tasks in a timely manner, including contracts, financials, and work closely with relevant stakeholders to complete these tasks. Manage any other tasks to support wider business needs.

Your Contribution

A passion for Global Recruitment's mission and products, and a desire to share it with others. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to explain complex topics to clients in simple terms. Focus on education and understanding customer needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. You have great attention to detail and organizational skills. You are able to work independently and in teams. You understand English and Dutch and can communicate in them when necessary. Valid driving license.
