Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for growth of your own office
• Matching employees with employers
• Conducting targeted research and strategic approaches to match company cultures
• Ensuring proposed budgets are realistic
• Taking rotational leadership in expanding your office
• Providing daily guidance to your mentor
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Reporting to the regional sales manager
