We are looking for a Reverse Logistics Administrator to help us operate our warehouse efficiently and safely. Reverse logistics administrator responsibilities include performing reverse logistics and service management tasks, creating return references, picking up packages, and providing product support. To be successful in this position, you must be well organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle. Ultimately, you'll ensure our customers receive the right order at the right time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create Return References
- Create Credit Notes
- Manage RM Stock Orders
- Exchange Unit
- Physical Processing of Undelivered Repairs
- Create Tracking Numbers via Portal
- Manage Return Request Inbox
- Return Defective Devices to Garmin UK
- Implement Improvements to Maximize efficiency throughout the department
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- Ensure compliance with SOX procedures
Specific Technical Requirements:
Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Mac and CRM systems preferred.

Training and experience:
Experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a technical and/or management support role. Since communication with foreign colleagues is in English, good spoken and written knowledge of English is required. Secondary school diploma or equivalent. An interest in gadgets and technology is obviously a plus, as is an interest in outdoor activities and fitness activities. Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and French.
Long-term temporary assignment
