The EU AMXL ReLo Program Team Position:

The EU AMXL ReLo Program Team has a Reverse Logistics operation in place that is intended to improve the efficiency of the EU's transportation systems and to promote process compliance. We seek to implement a complete solution to AMXL Reverse Logistics that includes our resources across ReLo Ops with a priority on quality and vendor returns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a comprehensive analysis of processes, operations, and technical systems
• Shape programs and operations with a detailed, data-driven approach
• Expand business in the EU with a focus on superior customer experience and competitive pricing
• Consider alternative solutions in ambiguous situations
• Collaborate with various functional teams and individuals at all levels
• Drive operational projects in a high-pressure, often ambiguous, work environment

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a related technical field
• Experience in process improvement and analytical tool building
• Understanding of SQL and data visualization tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight
• Ability to work on large and medium-sized projects within the EU AMXL Returns system
• Creative, confident team player
• Strong project management skills
